What we don't allow:
Inappropriate content
- Hate speech or slurs
- Violent threats or encouragement of self‑harm
- Copyright infringement, stolen art, Gen-AI
- Clearly misleading or harmful false information
Harassment
- Personal attacks, bullying, or dogpiling
- Unwanted or repeated messages
- Threats or intimidation
- Doxxing (sharing private info like real name, address, or contact details)
- Pretending to be someone else
If you’re suspicious but unsure, you can still reach out. Our team will review it.
How to report
When something feels wrong:
- Open the content
Go to the post, message, profile, or comment you’re worried about. - Save proof
Grab links and/or screenshots and note usernames and dates. - Send it to us
- Open a support ticket
- Email hello@commissions.gg
- Contact an admin/mod in our Discord
Please include your screenshots/links and a short description of what happened.
What we do next
After you report:
- We review most reports within 24–48 hours.
- If there’s a violation, we may remove content, warn the user, or suspend/ban their account.
- We’ll let you know once we’ve finished reviewing.
- Your report is confidential. The other user will not be told who reported them.
