Your portfolio is your creative showcase - the place where potential clients can explore your work, organized in a way that’s visually appealing and easy to navigate. Follow this step-by-step guide to create categories and add portfolio items on our platform.
1. Accessing the Portfolio Page
Once you log in, head to the Portfolio section in your dashboard. Here you’ll see:

Your existing portfolio categories displayed as clickable tags at the top.

A grid of your portfolio items, each with an image, title, and a View Details button.

Options to create new categories, add new items, or rearrange existing items.
2. Creating a New Category
Categories help organize your work into different themes or project types (e.g., “Anime,” “Illustrations,” or “Comics”).
Steps to create a category:

Click the + Category button.

In the pop-up window:

Enter Category Name (up to 20 characters).

Select Text Color for how the label will appear.

Choose a Background Color or Background Image for the category tag.

The preview will show how it looks before you save.

Click Add to create the category.
Your new category will appear alongside your existing ones at the top of the portfolio page.
3. Adding a Portfolio Item
Once categories are set, you can start uploading your work.
Steps to add a portfolio item:

Click the + Add Item button.

In the pop-up form:

Enter a Title for your work.
-
Select a Portfolio Category from the dropdown to organize it.

(Optional) Link it to a Commission Service if you want clients to order related services directly.

Under Media, upload your work:

Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP.

Maximum file size: 8 MB each.

If your work contains sensitive content, mark the appropriate checkboxes (e.g., Suggestive, Violence, Gore).

Click submit to publish your portfolio item.
Your new portfolio item will now appear under the selected category.
4. Managing Your Portfolio

Rearrange Items: Click the Rearrange button to change the display order of your works.

Edit or Delete: Each portfolio item has options to edit its details or remove it entirely.

Category Filters: Click on any category tag to instantly filter and view items in that category.
