Setting up your profile is the first step to getting started on Commissions.gg. Once it’s done, clients can proceed to commissioning you!
1. Edit your profile
Start on your profile page and click Edit Profile. From there you can:
- Upload a profile picture
- Add a banner image
- Write a short bio about you and your art
- Link your social media accounts so clients can see more of your work
A complete profile looks more trustworthy and helps clients feel comfortable reaching out.
2. Creators: set up your wallet
If you’re a creator, you’ll need a payout method before you can take paid work.
- Open your Creator Dashboard
- Go to the Wallet section
- Connect your payout method (Stripe or PayPal)
⚠️ Until your wallet is connected, you won’t be able to receive payments for commissions, shop items, or memberships!
3. Add what you offer
Once your wallet is ready, you can start building out your presence:
- Commission Services: Create services with clear titles, prices, and examples so clients can request work easily.
- Portfolio: Upload your best pieces to show your style
- Shop Items (optional): Add digital assets e.g. bases, templates.
- Membership Tiers (optional): Offer exclusive content or perks for monthly supporters
After these steps, your profile is ready to be discovered and you can start accepting commissions!
