At commissions.gg, we’re committed to creating a fair and trustworthy space for both clients and creators. To help maintain quality and accountability, we've introduced a Late Delivery Strike system.
What Is a Late Delivery Strike?
A Late Delivery Strike is issued to a creator if they fail to deliver the final commission files within 14 days of the guaranteed delivery date.
We understand that unexpected delays can happen, which is why we offer a 2-week grace period beyond the original deadline. However, if late deliveries become a pattern, we’ll take action to maintain a safe, reliable, and trustworthy experience for everyone on our platform.
This system is designed to:
- Protect clients from non-delivery or extreme delays.
- Encourage transparent communication and responsible timelines.
- Prevent bad actors from exploiting the platform.
What Happens When a Strike Is Issued?
- You will receive a notification letting you know a strike has been added to your account.
- If you accumulate 3 Late Delivery Strikes, your account will be automatically deactivated, and you will be notified.
This means you will no longer be able to take on new commissions until the matter is resolved.
Can I Dispute a Strike or Reactivate My Account?
Absolutely! We understand that life happens, and sometimes there are valid reasons for delays.
If you believe a strike was issued unfairly, you can reach out to us in a few ways:
- Submit a ticket through our help desk
- Email us at hello@commissions.gg
- Request help via our Discord
Our team will review your case, and if approved, your account can be reinstated.
Tips to Avoid Late Delivery Strikes
- Keep your clients updated regularly on progress.
- If you’re running behind, use the “Request Delivery Date Extension” feature on your commission modal.
- Only accept commissions you’re confident you can complete on time.
We're here to support you as a creator, and part of that support means building a system that protects everyone involved. If you have any questions about strikes, feel free to reach out to our team anytime.
Stay consistent, communicate often, and keep creating. 💙
