At Commissions.gg, we want the platform to feel fair and reliable for both clients and creators. The Late Delivery Strike system helps keep commissions on schedule and makes expectations clear.
What is a Late Delivery Strike?
A Late Delivery Strike is added to a creator’s account if they don’t deliver the final files within 14 days after the guaranteed delivery date. There’s a built‑in 2‑week grace period, so this only comes up when something is seriously late or it happens more than once.
The system helps to:
- Protect clients from not getting their commission or waiting far past the deadline.
- Encourage clear communication and realistic timelines.
What happens if you get a strike?
- You’ll get a notice that a strike was added to your account.
- If you reach 3 Late Delivery Strikes, your account is automatically deactivated.
- While deactivated, you can’t take new commissions until things are reviewed.
Disputing a strike or reactivating your account
If you think a strike isn’t fair or there’s important context (emergency, tech issue, etc.), please let us know.
You can contact us by:
- Submitting a support ticket.
- Emailing hello@commissions.gg
- Reaching out in our Discord.
We’ll review your case, and if it makes sense, we can remove the strike and/or reactivate your account.
How to avoid Late Delivery Strikes
- Update your client regularly so they know how things are going.
- If you’re running late, use the “Request Delivery Date Extension” in the commission modal.
- Only accept commissions you’re confident you can finish on time.
This system is there to protect everyone, not punish creators. If you’re ever unsure about a deadline or a strike on your account, reach out and we’ll help you sort it out!
