Payouts: What's happening & what to expect
First off, your earnings are safe. All payments are held in escrow, meaning they're secured and reserved exclusively for you until payouts go live. We don't take this lightly, and your trust means everything to us as a platform that's just getting started.
Why are payouts delayed? We're currently in contact with PayPal. They've told us everything looks good from our end, but we need to wait to hear back from their team to finalize a step in our payment setup. We're following up with them actively and as soon as we hear back, payouts will go live.
When will I get paid? Payouts are expected to begin rolling out the week of April 6–10, giving PayPal enough time to finalize the last step on their end and get everything in order. Once live, you'll be paid out according to the withdrawal schedule you've set in your Wallet dashboard (daily, weekly, etc). As soon as we get the green light from PayPal, we will make an announcement to all alpha testers in our Discord as well.
Do I need to do anything? Nope! Everything is handled automatically. Just make sure your PayPal payout details are set up correctly in your dashboard so there are no delays on your end when payouts go live.
If you'd prefer to wait before taking commissions, that's completely understandable. You can set your commission availability to "Coming Soon" in your service details, and reopen them once we confirm that payouts are live.
