Our platform is built for artists, creators, and clients to connect and collaborate. We expect all interactions to be professional, courteous, and respectful. This means:

✘ No harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, or discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other personal characteristics.

2. Fair and Honest Transactions
To maintain trust and fairness, we require all users to engage in honest and transparent dialogue:
✔ Clearly communicate expectations, deadlines, and payment terms before starting a project.
✔ Deliver work as agreed upon, and ensure that payments are made through the platform for security and accountability.
✘ No chargebacks (unless the creator refuses to deliver the commission), payment fraud, or misrepresentation of services.
Creators should only take on work they can complete, and clients should respect the time and effort put into each commission.
3. No AI-Generated or Stolen Content
Our platform is dedicated to supporting human artists. We do not allow AI-generated artwork, stolen content, or traced works without proper credit.
✔ Submit only original artwork and designs that you have personally created.
✔ Provide proper credit if using any referenced material (such as reference images from other artists).
✘ No AI-generated, plagiarized, or copied work passed off as your own.
Violations of this policy may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
4. Professional Conduct & Dispute Resolution
We understand that disagreements may arise, but they should be handled professionally and respectfully.
✔ If an issue occurs, communicate directly with the other party to find a fair resolution.
✔ If a dispute cannot be resolved, our support team is available to mediate when necessary.
✘ No public shaming, false accusations, or defamation against other users.
Our goal is to help both creators and clients have positive experiences, and we encourage constructive conversations to resolve conflicts.
5. No Spam, Scams, or Self-Promotion Abuse
We want to keep the platform free from spam and misleading promotions.
✔ Promote your work within your profile, listings, and appropriate sections of the site.
✔ Only offer services that comply with our platform’s guidelines.
✘ No spamming, misleading advertisements, or off-platform transactions designed to bypass platform fees.
Abusing the system, such as spamming or attempting to scam users, will lead to account penalties.
6. Keeping the Platform Safe
We prioritize the safety and security of all users. To ensure a secure environment:
✔ Keep personal information private and only share necessary details through secure channels.
✔ Report any suspicious behavior, scams, or users violating these guidelines.
✘ No sharing of inappropriate content (unless explicitly allowed in designated areas), or illegal activities.
We take security seriously and work to ensure that all users feel safe while using the platform.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent removal from the platform, depending on the severity of the violation. Our moderation team reviews reports carefully and takes action when necessary to maintain a fair and supportive environment.
