Here’s how commissions work on Commissions.gg, step by step!
- Clients start by sending a request. They fill out the form written by the Creator, and include references, a description of what they want, a deadline, and any special notes.
- The creator reviews the request and either accepts or declines, depending on their interest. If they accept, they send a proposal with the price, payment plan and timeline. The client reviews it and accepts if it works for them, then pays according to the plan.
- After payment, the creator starts the project and marks it as WIP. They can share progress updates to the client along the way.
- The client can approve updates or ask for changes with feedback. The creator applies those changes and sends the updated versions. This repeats until the client is happy with the updates, or the revision limit that was set by the creator is met.
- Once approved, the creator delivers the final work and the commission is complete.
- Afterward, both sides can leave reviews, and the client can add a tip if they’d like!
