Creating your first listing is easy and helps potential clients understand what you offer and how to work with you. Follow these steps to set up your first service:
1. Go to Your Creator Dashboard
First, head over to your Creator Dashboard. This is where you’ll manage all your services, commissions, and client interactions.
2. Navigate to Services
On the left-hand side of your dashboard, click on “Services.” This will take you to the page where you can manage and create new listings.
3. Add a New Service
Click the “+Service” button. This will open up a form where you can provide all the important details about your listing.
4. Fill Out the Details
You’ll need to include the following:
- Service Name: A clear, descriptive name for your service
- Base Price: The price of your listing without any add-ons
- Sales tax: Your tax rate (if applicable)
- Slots available: The number of slots for your listing
- Description: Explain what you’re offering and what clients can expect. Keep in mind, there is a default description for all services to give you a template to build on.
- Availability: Set the status of your listing to: Open, Waitlist, Coming Soon, Members Only
- Profile Category: Set the category you want it to appear under on your profile
- Search Category: Set the category you want it to appear under on our homepage
- Sample Work: Add high-quality images or examples of similar work:
- Search tags: Lastly, write relevant tags that you want your listing to appear under when the client searches our directory
5. Set Up Your Request Form
You’ll need to create a request form to gather the necessary details from clients. We offer a default template to make it easy, but you can fully customize it to match your needs. You can ask for details like:
- Character names and references
- Background preferences
- Pose and expression details
- Any other specifics you’d like to know upfront
6. Add Your Terms of Service (TOS)
Your Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations for the commission. There’s a default TOS template available, but you can adjust it to reflect your policies, such as:
- How revisions are handled
- Refund policies
- Usage rights and licensing
7. Submit Your Listing
Once you’ve completed all the details, hit "Submit." Your service will now be visible to clients, and you can start receiving commission requests!
