1. Connect Your Wallet
Before you can appear on the marketplace or receive commission requests, you must connect at least one payment method (Stripe or PayPal).
To do this:

Go to your Creator Dashboard

Head to the Wallet section

Connect your preferred payment provider(s)
💡 Creators who haven't connected a wallet will not have any active listings shown on the marketplace.
2. Create a Service
Once your wallet is connected, it's time to showcase what you offer.

Go to your Services tab in the Creator Dashboard

Click “Create a Service”

Fill out the form: name your service, set a price, add examples, turnaround time, and any custom options
Your service will now be visible on your profile and in search results on the marketplace.
3. Wait for a Client to Submit a Request
When a client is interested in your service, they’ll click “Begin Request” on your listing and submit:

A project description
-
References or attachments
-
Desired timeline (if applicable)
You'll get a notification in your dashboard.
4. Review the Request & Send a Proposal
Once you receive a request:

Open the commission from your Commissions page
-
Review all the details submitted by the client

If you’re available and the project fits your scope, accept the request and send your proposal
In your proposal, you can:

Confirm the final price

Adjust scope or timeline if needed

Add any notes or conditions
Once sent, the client can review your proposal and complete payment if everything looks good.
5. Start the Commission
After the client accepts your proposal and completes payment (if required):

You can begin work and use the built-in chat to send updates, previews, and files
6. Not a Good Fit?
If you don't want to move forward with a request, you can simply decline it. We recommend sending a short message so the client understands why.
