If a commission has milestones, payments are only released once you approve each stage. This ensures you never pay for incomplete or undelivered work.
To further protect clients, creators must prove their reliability before gaining immediate access to funds. We use a tiered system to ensure that only experienced, trustworthy artists receive early payments, while new creators must complete their work before receiving their earnings. Only after reaching "Certified Creator" status, can artists withdraw funds immediately.
